Happy Monday Everyone! Welcome to Delivering Motherhood! I am SO glad you have found us! If you’re new here please hop on over to my About Me tab and learn all about myself (I’m Sarah 👋🏼) and my family.
I hope you’re all having a great day. It’s been a day full of nap strikes over here…so definitely feeling very Monday-ish.
Anyway, I am so excited to get some more posts up now the the blog is LIVE!
When I was pregnant with my twins I remember scouring the internet looking for EVERYTHING twin related. I wanted to see allll the twin maternity photos, baby shower ideas, nurseries, the list goes on…
Oh and bump photos?? Don’t even get me started…[will be adding these soon for all those fellow twin mamas to be] I wanted to know exactly how big were you at 14 weeks and what about 28 weeks when you’re carrying two babies instead of just one…And what about when I’m at the end, will my stomach literally look like it’s going to burst [spoiler alert: yes].
All that to say…I remember exactly what it was like and all of the unknowns it came along with. So I’m going to start by sharing my twin maternity photos with you that one of my best friends Gabby so graciously took for us [find her here @gabsterbean and see some gorgeous photos of her and her hubby exploring the Pacific Northwest].
We took these photos at about 31 weeks pregnant with my twin girls and I would say that was probably the longest I would wait if you’re carrying twins. 💕
Please email me [firstname.lastname@example.org] or comment below if you have any questions! Don’t forget to follow along on IG for all of our up to date Motherhood posts! @DeliveringMotherhood
For those of you wondering…yes I climbed me and my huge pregnant belly into my car at the park for two wardrobe changes 💁🏻♀️ and somehow coerced my very patient hubby into taking some [read: a million] photos with me.🙃
And just for fun, these photos led us to these two beautiful baby girls at exactly 37 weeks [my twin as well as singleton birth stories coming soon!]
